After we parked the car in the designated private space, we knew the remainder of our trip would be limited to bus routes! LOL

It was a lazy day filled with a family reunion (two first cousins are visiting from Belgium), laughter and… more food!

At this point, a little mishap in the dining room took my big toe by surprise and it is now wrapped in a big bandage. A big boo boo that will prevent me from galavanting through town today! Time to do some reading. In fact, it is a blessing in disguise since it is too hot to stay anywhere without air conditioning. Reading it is. I ventured to buy a short Italian novel and will be digging into new territory, hoping that my Sicilian vocabulary is not too limited. :)))
